Have you ever used GoDaddy to search for domains? If you have chances are you’ve accidently typed in “www.yourdomain” rather than “yourdomain”. When you do you get this message: “Please remove the “WWW.” from the beginning of the host name.”

Talk about lazy.

Here is what I mean. Since there’s a specific error message for this we can duduce there’s some type of detect/validation in place for this particular case, agreed? So why not fix it for the customer automatically? Not very user friendly if you ask me.

Actually… someone should send Robert Hoekman, jr in riding a white horse!
